Dove Self-Esteem Project

The Dove Self-Esteem Project offers free, evidence-informed resources designed to promote body confidence, positive body image, and self-esteem among children and adolescents. Resources for parents, caregivers, educators, and youth-serving professionals include conversation guides, classroom materials, activities, and practical tools that support body confidence and media literacy.

Eating Disorder Information & Support

National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC)

NEDIC is a Canadian non-profit organization that provides evidence-informed information, resource navigation, and support related to eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, and weight stigma. Their website also includes educational resources and a national directory of treatment providers and support services.

Eating Disorders Ontario (EDO)

Eating Disorders Ontario is a provincial organization dedicated to improving eating disorder care across Ontario through education, training, and system capacity-building. Body Brave

Body Brave is a Canadian charitable organization that provides accessible, evidence-based support, education, and treatment services for individuals experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating. Academy for Eating Disorders (AED)

The Academy for Eating Disorders is an international professional organization dedicated to advancing research, education, prevention, and evidence-based treatment of eating disorders.
